This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which payments made on the Mona City Highrise Welfare Society website for maintenance charges, utility bills, penalties, or other society-related services may be cancelled or refunded.
Once a payment for society maintenance, bills, penalties, or other charges is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled. All payments made on the website are considered final.
Members are advised to carefully verify the amount, invoice, and payment details before proceeding with the transaction.
In case of an incorrect payment, duplicate transaction, or excess amount paid by mistake, the member must inform the society office within 7 days of the transaction date.
The request will be reviewed by the society management, and a refund or adjustment against future dues will be processed after verification and approval.
Payments made towards maintenance or society services will not be refunded due to dissatisfaction with services, as these payments are collected for the common benefit of all residents and society operations.
If a refund is approved by Mona City Highrise Welfare Society, the amount will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited back to the original mode of payment or adjusted against future maintenance bills, as decided by the society.
For any questions related to refunds, payments, or billing issues, members are requested to contact the society office or raise a support request through the official communication channels.
